About the program

Welcome to your 14-Day Strength Workout program. You will be working out every other day. You will need a pair of dumbbells for these exercises. The goal is to control each movement not to lift as much weight as possible. The repetitions change so make sure you select a weight you can move and control to complete the repetition goal.
